Welcome to our terms and conditions page. This is where we outline the terms and conditions for vehicle purchases. Here you'll find important information about our delivery options, returns policy and any other relevant details that you should know before making a purchase. We encourage you to read this page carefully so you can make an informed decision and have a hassle-free experience with us.

Delivery & Deposit Policy

Customers are to pay a deposit of £99 to reserve cars for 48 hours. Customers who request delivery beyond 25 miles will be required to pay the full delivery amount calculated as a round trip before dispatch. Deposits and monies paid upfront for delivery will be deducted from the final balance.

Please note upon delivery fees paid for this service will be non-refundable should you change your mind to purchase the car unless there is a material defect or fault with the car.

If you wish to cancel your purchase within 24 hours, we will refund 50% of your deposit. The remaining 50% will be held for 3 months, giving you the flexibility to use it towards another purchase. However, if you choose not to make another purchase, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

If you notify us of the cancellation after 24 hours, the full deposit amount will be held on account for up to 3 months. This way, should you decide to purchase in the future, you'll have the funds available. However, if you do not wish to proceed with a purchase, the deposit is non-refundable.

For same-day delivery, the first 25 miles will be free of charge, and a prime delivery fee of £99 will apply. For distances over 25 miles, a rate of £1.50 per mile will apply. Orders for same-day delivery must be placed by 11 am.

For next-day delivery, the first 25 miles will be free of charge, and an express delivery fee of £49 will apply. For distances over 25 miles, a rate of £1.50 per mile will apply. Orders for next-day delivery must be placed by 11 am.

For standard delivery, the first 25 miles will be free of charge, and a delivery fee of £1.50 per mile will apply for distances over 25 miles. Standard delivery will take 2-3 days to arrive.

Customers will have the option to choose their preferred delivery option during the purchase process. They will also receive updates on the delivery status of their vehicle and an estimated time of arrival.

Return Policy

If there is a fault with the car you have purchased, please let us know as soon as possible. We will need ample time to diagnose and resolve any faults. The amount of time required to fix the fault will depend on the nature of the issue. We will endeavour to keep you up to date throughout the process until your issue is resolved.

If you are a distant buyer, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any particular reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you receive the delivery of your vehicle.

If you are not a distant buyer who does not have any faults with the car but have changed your mind and would like to return the car, you have the right to notify us within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please notify us by email or phone. A refund will be issued at our discretion.

It is the consumers' responsibility to return the vehicle to us in the event they wish to exercise their statutory rights.

Once the car has been fully inspected, a refund will then be processed. However, subject to fair use you will be charged for usage in excess of 30 miles. The charge will range from 40p to 75p for every mile you have added to the car since the purchase date. This usage charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

You will be charged 40p per mile if the purchase price of your car ranges from £0 - £10,000
You will be charged 55p per mile if the purchase price of your car ranges from £10,001 - £30,000
You will be charged 65p per mile if the purchase price of your car ranges from £30,001 - £50,000
You will be charged 75p per mile if the purchase price of your car ranges from £50,001 - £100,000

The car must be returned in its original state including fuel, all of its original documentation, keys, and accessories. Any damage or wear and tear that was not present at the time of purchase may result in a reduction in the refund amount.

The refund will be processed within 14 days of the car being returned to our facility.

Financing Policy

If you are considering purchasing your car through Finance, please note that there is a standard admin fee ranging between £99 and £295.

Admin fees will exceed this on bespoke orders.
